In my therapeutic work, I utilise an integrative approach drawing on evidence-based practices including narrative therapy, solution-focussed therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I’ve worked extensively with those needing support around anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, separation and divorce, body image support, and work or school challenges.
